This is a recipe I use all the time to have for breakfast. I reduce the sugar a bit and don’t even put anything on the actual berries to simplify things even more. Put it all in the fridge the night before and bake it in the morning, and top it with organic greek yogurt. Mmm. I am telling you, it is so good, full of protein, low in sugar and so satisfying.
